Pallet Scale with Printing Facility
Objective: Following was the main concern for the client:
Solution: Gramton installed the Pallet Weighing Scale at the client’s end. The two-in-one facility of transit and weighing of goods, high measurement accuracy and capability of handling heavy, oversized material made it ideal for the client’s requirements. The Atex-approved Pallet scale’s inbuilt electronic weighing was crucial in ensuring safe operations in hazardous areas. The robust, easy-to-use, corrosion-resistant weighing scale, topped off by an inbuilt label printing facility, was instrumental in improving productivity, ensuring that the client was completely satisfied with the solution provided.
Gramton Heat Proof Crane Scale
Objective: The client had dual requirements, i.e.
Solution: Gramton has specially designed products, keeping the needs of the foundry industry in mind. Hence, Gramton’s damage and shock-resistant, heavy gauge fabricated steel Heat-Proof Crane Scales were the perfect solution for the client’s requirements. Not only does the GHP Crane Scale completely eliminate the critical issue of short pouring, thus drastically reducing rework, but it also comes equipped with an Android app for remote operation and weighing data storage facility, effectively addressing the issue of reading weighing data at high temperatures.
The clearly visible display helped avoid mix-ups in measurements and considerably improved the accuracy of molten metal measurements and weighing. The GHP Scale also completely eliminated errors in human judgement during ladle-changing. The client was very happy with the USP of the GHP Crane Scale i.e. it can directly hang to the ladle with zero safe distance requirement.
Weighbridge
Objective: The client needed weighbridge solution for following issues:
Solution: Gramton’s advanced, robust weighing solution for loaded vehicles, the Weighbridge, was implemented to address the client’s needs. The highly accurate load cell mechanism was instrumental in maintaining high accuracy in weighing measurements, thus eliminating the disparity between the invoice and actual weight. The GNS Smart IT Indicator ensured data processing, saving and printing, thus making redundant the need for an external PC for data and reports, while generating the required reports and maintaining traceability. The SMS and email facility ensured remote monitoring of data.
